Return, exchange and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at our online jewelry store. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return it to us within 30 Days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product is in the same condition as you received it, completely new and undamaged.

• The product is in its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund for the full purchase price, within 2 business days. If the product does not meet the criteria, we will contact you to discuss the issue and determine the next steps.
